We’ve been working in the change management field long enough to appreciate the irony in the cliché that “change is the only constant in life”. Our consultants have managed departments and p&l accounts client-side as well as on the agency side. We’ve experienced and led mergers and acquisitions; downsizing; re-brands and re-launches and have advised on them on behalf of our clients.

No two programmes are identical but we normally begin by working with the leaders, ideally including the core brand trilogy of Marketing/HR and Comms (with close CEO support). The aim is to clarify the required outcomes; understand the real brand values and core culture and develop a strategy to ensure that they are in tune with the key stakeholder needs and strategic goals.

Through a combination of leadership engagement; development and mentoring support, we then help the leaders become consistent role models for the brand. We ensure that they communicate brand values and associated behaviours in both word and deed across the organisation and beyond and create an internal culture in which the brand thrives.

By introducing a series of engagement experiences, from workshops, events and training programmes utilising our unique brand engagement suite, we encourage all employees to identify what is strong and positive about the brand. We then take a unique approach to evolving the ongoing change narrative to share personal success stories and best practices via inspirational internal communication campaigns and mentoring programmes. By developing this widespread understanding of brand positioning, vision, mission, values and behaviours we help create a brand mindset and embed this in the organisation’s key people processes and internal brand management DNA until it becomes a natural part of the way that business operates.

You will find agencies, training companies or consultancies that specialise in one or two of these areas but then attempt to stretch their core capability attempting to cover the rest in order to try to sustain the early signs of change. Our genuine breadth and depth of experience across sectors in brand and organisation development; general HR; consultancy; change; training and development; values-based leadership and mentoring; culture development and communication both in-house and agency-side means that irrespective of the catalyst, we can offer a credible, sustainable one-stop-shop for our client’s engagement needs.
